I am strongly disgruntled when something looks yummy and then ends up tasting fishy.
Unless I am eating fish or looking for fish or settling for fish byproducts, the chances of me wanting to taste any hint of fishiness are negative one billion trillion to one.

An entertaining mash-up of the millennial generation’s two most nefarious addictions: over-priced, sugar-diluted bean juice and pictures of one’s own face that are often unrecognizable and obtained through overly complex processes.
Today I learned that maps can reveal more than geographic locations and distances.
They reveal a certain perspective of a certain geographical area; a perspective that is just as vulnerable to bias, ego, and narrow-minded greed as cultures are vulnerable to ethnocentrism, misunderstanding, and passivity. A map shows places. Its design reveals how these places are related to each other. And its labels reveal how those places serve a certain purpose. A map that represents the complexity of the Malay identity and the fierce pride with which it is held. And a map that outlines all of the strategic ports and passageways for ships that exist on and between the lands of southeastern Asia. There are those that believe in people and there are those that believe in acquisition. And the way we see our surroundings and interpret their significance reveals what we truly value. This is my blog for public eyes and I’m hoping to keep it up-to-date with events from my super duper exciting life.
